The SystemAssure hosted email security and compliance solution comprises 2 modules, which can be used individually or as a complete solution. The modules are:-

• email Archive

These modules can be used with traditional on-premises email servers, like SBS servers, or with Hosted email solutions like Microsoft Office 365, or our hosted email service.

Our hosted email service provides inbound Spam management only, email security and compliance can be layered on top of hosted email to offer an enhanced email security and compliance solution.

The email Security and Compliance module is available from only £1.00 a month per user (there is a minimum charge of £15.00 monthly which covers up to 10 users) and provides the following capabilities.

email archive provides legal hold for compliance purposes. You can create rules to control which items are archived and when they are archived. So you could choose to archive all email, internal and external; or you might decided to only archive email for the HR department.
